Born in London, I mostly grew up in Perth, Western Australia, and later moved to Sydney to attend university. I have a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communications) from the University of Technology, Sydney, where I majored in photography and graduated in 1991. I worked as a graphic designer in Sydney before moving to England in 1996. Here, I gained an MA in Museum Studies, and worked within museums in Bath. I left this profession several years ago to concentrate on my photographic work.
I have won a Silver Medal in the Royal Photographic Society's annual Print Exhibition for my photograph "Amanda", and my photograph “Georgia” was exhibited in the John Kobal Portraits Award.
I have also worked as the official photographer for the Wiltshire Music Centre., where I have had the pleasure of meeting and photographing many exciting musicians.
Much of my work is inspired by the places I visit and the people I meet – through my camera I have these memories. I'm now based in Brighton, England, and looking forward to getting fresh inspiration from the amazing landscapes in the area.
I am available for private commissions; if you're interested, please contact me.
